Your project,
all of it, in one place.
Estimate, drawing, selections, schedule, photos and invoices. Enter the email address on your estimate and we will send your secure link.
No project yet? Start one.
Eight things you would otherwise be emailing us about.
Built for the questions homeowners actually ask mid-project: what did I agree to, when are you coming, what did that change cost, and what does it look like right now.
Your estimate, line by line
Every service priced out with its own total. Download the PDF whenever you want it.
The drawing — and your notes on it
Open the plan, draw right on it, and send the mark-up back. We see exactly what you meant.
Choose what goes in
Turn options on and off and watch the total move before you commit to anything.
Approve or ask for changes
Accept the estimate with a signature, or send it back with a note. Nothing is ordered until you do.
Change orders in writing
Anything added mid-build is written up, priced and signed before it happens. No surprise invoice.
Crew days and progress
Phases with dates, a percentage on each, and the daily log from site.
Photos as it happens
Before, during and after — posted the day they were taken.
Deposits and invoices
Deposit, invoices, balance owing and payment, all in the same place as everything else.
How the link works.
If anything here does not answer it, call 506-229-8297 and a person will sort it out.
Why is there no password?
Because passwords get lost and reused. We email a link that opens only your project, and it is tied to your address. Ask for a new one any time — it takes ten seconds and the old one stops working.
Nothing arrived. What now?
Check junk, and check that you used the address on your estimate. If it still has not come through, call the office and we will send it straight to you.
Can my partner see it too?
Yes. Give us the second email address and we will send a link there as well, so you are both looking at the same drawing when you decide.
Is what I approve in there binding?
An approval in the portal is recorded with your name, the time and a signature, exactly as a signed estimate would be. Nothing is ordered before you press it, and any change after that gets its own written change order.
